Team photos are scheduled through the school to keep things simple for everyone.

Here’s what to expect before, during, and after photo day.

Before Picture Day

The school administration schedules picture day for each team.
Athletes should arrive on time, in uniform, and ready for both individual and team photos.
There are no paper order forms and no money collected on picture day.
There is no cost to be photographed and no order is required to participate.
The school asks that every athlete be photographed regardless of whether or not they will place an order

On Picture Day

There are no paper order forms and no money collected on picture day.
Each athlete will have one individual portrait taken and then join the team for a group photo.
The athlete will check in on our iPad and take a quick reference photo. This will link any photos your athlete appears in to a private gallery.
Our process is quick and organized to keep your team on schedule for practices and games. We use a simple, consistent lighting setup that stays in place once it’s set. This setup isn’t designed for action poses or any poses that require lighting adjustments. If you’d like special lighting, additional poses, or action shots, a separate session can be arranged for an additional fee. Fill out my contact form to learn more.
Additional poses, using our existing lighting setup, will be taken as time allows.
If a player is absent, a make-up opportunity cannot be guaranteed.
Coaches: If you wish to receive a free 5x7 or 8x10 team photo please let us know the day of your session.

After Picture Day

Once your athlete's images are ready, parents will receive an email from PhotoDay with a link to their athlete’s online gallery.
From there, families can view images, choose favorites, and place orders directly through PhotoDay.

Early Bird Pricing and free delivery to the school office are available during the first two weeks after galleries are published.
Please help support a small local business by refraining from taking screenshots or videos of your images.
After the deadline, Families can still order however, regular pricing takes effect and home shipping fees apply.

How Ordering Works

Step 1: Create an account

Click the get started button by entering your mobile number and six digit verification code. You can also use a valid email address.

Step 2: Enter the Gallery Access Code and Browse Photos

Step 3: Favorite Image & Order Prints

Select your favorite images by "heart-ing" the image. Select shop to move to the storefront. Once in the storefront, you'll see products and packages we have available. Select your product or package and customize the product. BE SURE TO ADJUST YOUR CROP FOR EACH IMAGE. Some products, like memory mates, will allow you to choose from a selection of themes. You'll be prompted to select your photos, the placement, and custom text field. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPELLING.

Step 4: Check out & Place Order

Complete the check out process. Free shipping to the school office is included for the first two weeks of the gallery. You'll get a confirmation that your order has been placed.

FAQ

Q: When will I know my gallery is ready?

A.You’ll receive a text or email directly from PhotoDay as soon as your personal gallery is live.

Q: Do I have to pay to be photographed with my team?

A.No! There is no cost to be photographed, and you’re under no obligation to order. Every athlete is asked to participate in picture day.

Q: How long do I have to make my selection and order?

A.Initial ordering with the best pricing, stays open for 2 weeks from the publish date and includes free shipping to the school. Senior banners are only available during this initial window.

Q: What if I miss the ordering deadline?

A.Early Bird Pricing and free school office delivery are available during the first two weeks after your gallery is published. After the deadline, regular pricing applies and shipping fees will be added to your order. However, orders will be shipped directly to an address of your choosing. Senior banners are only available during the initial ordering window.
