What It’s Like to Work With Me

I keep things simple. I’ll guide you through the poses, crack a few jokes, and probably show you a few shots on the back of the camera as we go. Sessions are laid back but intentional.

I want you to feel confident and enjoy the process, not just the results.

We’ll talk through locations ahead of time and choose something that fits you. I shoot mostly around golden hour, and I often bring off-camera flash to control the light and get that crisp, bold look. But if the natural light is working, we’ll roll with it.

My Approach

You don’t need to be a model or know how to pose. You just need to show up. I’ll handle the rest.

A Bit About Me

I live here in Brown County with my family. I picked up a camera back in college while working at a camera shop, and I’ve been photographing people on and off ever since. I’ve shot weddings, sports, seniors, and family sessions, but what I keep coming back to is connection. The moments that feel real. The images that last.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me hanging with my kids, working with my church, and trying to finish my pour over coffee before it goes cold.
