A quick guide for what to expect on picture day, how to access your gallery, and how to place your order.

Before Picture Day

Musicians should arrive on time, in full uniform including shoes.
There are no paper order forms and no money collected on picture day.
There is no cost to be photographed and no order is required to participate.
Every musician must be photographed regardless of whether or not they will place an order.

On Picture Day

There are no paper order forms and no money collected on picture day.
The musician will check in on our iPad and take a quick reference photo. This will link any photos your musician appears in to a private gallery.
Our process is quick and organized to keep us on schedule. We use a simple, consistent lighting setup that stays in place once it’s set. This setup isn’t designed for any poses that require lighting adjustments.
Additional poses, using our existing lighting setup, will be taken as time allows.
If a musician is absent, a make-up opportunity cannot be guaranteed.

After Picture Day

Once your musician's images are ready, parents will receive an email from Robby B Media via PhotoDay with a link to their musician's online gallery. Emails have been provided by the school already.
From there, families can view images, choose favorites, and place orders.
Orders placed within the first week after the gallery is published can be delivered to the school at no additional charge.
Orders placed after the first week will include a shipping fee and will be delivered directly to the customer’s home.

All orders are placed online after the pictures published.

After the deadline, Families can still order however, shipping fees apply.

How Ordering Works

Step 1: Create an account

Click the get started button by entering your mobile number and six digit verification code. You can also use a valid email address.

Step 2: Enter the Gallery Access Code and Browse Photos

Step 3: Favorite Image & Order Prints

Select your favorite images by "heart-ing" the image. Select shop to move to the storefront. Once in the storefront, you'll see products and packages we have available. Select your product or package and customize the product. BE SURE TO ADJUST YOUR CROP FOR EACH IMAGE. Some products, like memory mates, will allow you to choose from a selection of themes. You'll be prompted to select your photos, the placement, and custom text field. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPELLING.

Step 4: Check out & Place Order

Complete the check out process. You'll get a confirmation that your order has been placed.

You’ll find the Senior Banner option listed in the Packages section of your PhotoDay storefront.

Select the Senior Banner package to choose the image you want used for your banner.

Select an image to be used for your 4'x2' Senior Banner.

This package also includes a high-resolution digital download and two 4x5 prints.

While the system allows you to choose any image, please select only a graphic-designed banner image for this package.

💡 Tip: If you don’t see the Senior Banner option right away, scroll through the available packages in your PhotoDay gallery. It’s grouped with the other print packages rather than listed under individual products.

FAQ

Q: When will I know my gallery is ready?

A.You’ll receive a text or email directly as soon as your personal gallery is live.

Q: Do I have to pay to be photographed with my team?

A.No! There is no cost to be photographed, and you’re under no obligation to order. Every musician is asked to participate in picture day.

Q: How long do I have to make my selection and order?

A.Initial ordering with the best pricing, stays open for 1 week from the publish date and includes free shipping to the school. Senior banners are only available during this initial window.

Q: What if I miss the ordering deadline?

A.Best pricing and free school office drop off are available during the first week after your gallery is published. After the deadline, shipping fees will be added to your order. However, orders will be shipped directly to an address of your choosing. Senior banners are only available during the initial ordering window.
