Every graduating class deserves a composite that brings everyone together, even after graduation.
Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about the process, ordering through PhotoDay, and what to expect once the final design is complete.
1. What is a Senior Composite?
A senior composite is a single print featuring all seniors’ individual portraits, designed and printed as one large image. It’s a tradition that captures your entire class in one place. Individual prints and digital downloads are available for purchase separately.
2. How It Works
Step 1: Picture Day
Your individual photo will be taken on the designated picture day. You’ll receive a text or email from our ordering platform called "PhotoDay" when your gallery is ready.
Step 2: Selecting Your Composite Image (called "Yearbook Selection")
Yearbook/Composite Selection must be made within one week of your gallery becoming available.
Once your gallery is ready in PhotoDay, you’ll see an option labeled “Yearbook Selection.”
This is where you’ll choose which image you want included on the senior composite. If you skip this step, our studio will select the image for you. The photo will be cropped to fit the composite and the background changed to a school selected backdrop.

Step 2: Order Prints
Initial ordering will remain open for two weeks after your gallery is published.
You can order your prints and digital downloads directly from our studio using PhotoDay during the ordering window (dates will be available in the gallery).
Step 3: Delivery
Once the order window closes, orders will be sent to our printer. Final prints will be delivered to the school office and distributed from there once they arrive.
3. How to Order
- Visit Your Gallery. You’ll receive a text or email from Robby B Media through PhotoDay when your gallery is ready. Click the link to view your images.
- Browse your gallery, favorite your selected pose(s), then order packages, ala carte items, or digital downloads. (We kindly ask you do not take screenshots).
- Complete Checkout
- Orders placed during the initial ordering period will be delivered to the school office for distrubution.

Q: When will I know my gallery is ready?
A.You’ll receive a text or email directly from PhotoDay as soon as your personal gallery is live.
Q: Do I have to pay to be photographed for my senior composite?
A.No! There is no cost to be photographed, and you’re under no obligation to order. Every senior is invited to participate in picture day so they can be included on the class composite.
Q: Do I have to pay to select my image for the composite?
A.No. There is no cost to make your Yearbook/Composite selection. Every senior can choose which image they’d like used, even if they don’t place an order.
Q: How long do I have to make my selection and order?
A.Composite selections must be made within 1 week of your gallery becoming available. Initial ordering with the best pricing, stays open for 2 weeks from the publish date.
Q: What if I miss the selection deadline?
A.If you don’t make your Yearbook/Composite selection by the deadline, Robby B Media will choose the best photo from your gallery to be used on the class composite.
Q: What if I miss the ordering deadline?
A.Early Bird Pricing and free school office delivery are available during the first two weeks after your gallery is published. After the deadline, regular pricing applies and shipping fees will be added to your order.
Q. Can I purchase a senior composite print?
A.The final composite will be available for purchase toward the end of the school year. An email will be sent out with details on how to order as soon as it’s ready.
Q. What if I can't make the picture day for my school?
A.Please contact your school office to see if a retake date has been set.
